Teacher and Support Staff of the Year

   Janie Howard Wilson's Staff select their teacher of the year and support staff of the year.

Janie Howard Wilson has selected Stephanie MacDonald, third grade, as teacher of the year.   Stephanie has been teaching at Janie Howard Wilson for six years.  She has taught both 3rd and 5th grade.  She is an outstanding teacher who brings creative and unique strategies into the classroom to motivate and help students become successful learners.  Janie Howard Wilson is lucky to have a teacher who goes above and beyond to make sure her students are reaching their goals.

      Robin Sanchez was selected as the Support Staff ot the year.  Robin is currently Janie Howard Wilson's ESE paraprofessional.   Mrs. Sanchez is used as a resource in the classroom and helps the classroom teacher with their instruction.   She works with small groups of ESE students to ensure they are receiving the specific instruction that will help guide them in their academics.

We are so proud of these two staff members and wish them the best of luck!
